Bids will be opened during the Commissioner's meeting in the Commissioner’s Room at the Noble County Annex, 109 N. York St., Albion, Indiana 46701 on Monday, July 27, 2026 at 9:00 am EST. Any bids received later than the above time will be returned unopened.
